Order Confirmation

Once you place an order, you will immediately receive an order confirmation email containing the details of your purchase. This confirms that your order has been successfully received and is being processed.

Order Processing

All orders are processed and dispatched from our warehouse within 1–2 business days (up to 48 hours) after order confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

In the unlikely event that an item is temporarily out of stock, our customer support team will contact you via email, phone call, or SMS with an update regarding availability and the expected dispatch date.

Delivery Time

• Karachi: 1–3 business days

• All Other Cities in Pakistan: 2–4 business days
